COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

As Kum Hotel, we care about you and your family members.

We would like to inform you, our esteemed guests, about the measures we have taken regarding the unexpected COVID 19 virus in the world and in our country. The top priority of our hotel is the safety and health of both our guests and our employees.

We continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities in parallel with developments related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are taking all necessary precautions within the scope of COVID 19 to ensure that your stay is in the highest possible comfort and safety. In order to carry out this process together with you, our valued guests, we have grouped them into what we have done / will do and what our valued guests will do; we would like to convey these titles to you.

Basic Preparations Before the New Normal Order:

* First of all, our action plan was prepared with meetings including all senior management in our hotel.

*Our staff was subjected to the necessary trainings.

*All our areas were cleaned and disinfected, especially hygiene measures.

*The hygiene materials that our staff and our esteemed guests may need in this process have been provided.

*In order to maintain social distance throughout the hotel, markings were placed in all necessary areas and warning / information boards were placed in all necessary areas.

*In addition to our department supervisors, we created the 'New Normal Order Follow-up Supplement
